A Race For Community Wellness Benefiting A Just Harvest
Did you know that we have the longest serving community kitchen serving hot meals 365 days a year right right here in Rogers Park? Did you know this is where the Rogers Park Food Co-op first had it's meeting spaces, and that we donate our excess food at events to this community kitchen?
Put on your co-op tee-shirt and come join in a community 5K benefiting our neighborhood partner, A Just Harvest. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased here.
Runners, walkers, strollers, and all types of movers and shakers are welcome at this friendly event.
Cant join in the 5k? Consider joining the Rogers Park Food Co-op on our Service Days, every 5th Friday at AJH by emailing: VolunteerCoordinator@RogersParkFoodCoop.com

Let's support our local businesses and celebrate summer together.
You became an owner of the Rogers Park Food Co-op to build a cooperative business right here in our diverse community. That's great! But how can you talk about the co-op without being an expert? Who do you talk to? What questions will you be asked? Not to worry. We're in it together!
Join us for an informal training session to make sure you feel comfortable talking to community members about our amazing organization. In this session, participants will:
- hear true stories from the front lines of volunteering
- role play different scenarios
- learn tips to start a conversation and respond to objections
- leave with materials that you can start sharing right away
- sign up to help with upcoming community events based on your schedule
We're growing our cooperative community together!
Can't make this date? Let us know you're interested in learning more!
Find out how you can get involved to help reach our goal of 450 owners in 2018!
Join us as we share updates about our recent outreach activities and determine which upcoming community events RPFC will be participating in. All are welcome! No commitment required to attend.
A community-owned grocery store is coming to Rogers Park!If you require accommodations for accessibility, please let us know in advance at Cris@RogersParkFoodCoop.com.
